One might say the curtains have risen, the spotlight has been cast, and every participant has now had their first taste of both scrutiny and applause. These initial moments, though brief in the grand timeline of the semester, revealed far more than slides and spoken words. They exposed habits, leadership styles, communication strengths, and, perhaps most revealing of all, how individuals respond when faced with pressure.
